The new urban area project in Dich Vong ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi city was assigned by People's Committee of Hanoi to LIDECO as a constructor, according to Decision No. 7019, dated October 15th, 2002 and Decision No. 3212/QD-UB, dated May 24th, 2004.
This is a project with modern infrastructure, synchronous planning, which includes a full range of public infrastructures, such as supermarkets, schools, swimming pools... with constructions, electricity system, water supply and drainage system and waste treatment system in high standard.
The New urban area Project in Dich vong is a complex constructing one, including apartments, villas, townhouses and other kinds of real estate.
