Originally established as Tu Liem Construction Enterprise.
2004
Converted from a state-owned enterprise to a joint stock company (with no state-held shares).

Pursuant to the 2007 Annual General Meeting Resolution, the Company additionally listed 8,200,000 shares.

Pursuant to the 2011 Annual General Meeting Resolution, the Company additionally listed 30,800,000 shares.

1992
Merged 3 enterprises into a state-owned company named Tu Liem Housing Investment, Construction and Trading Company.
