OUR EXTRAORDINARY EVENTS

1974

Formerly was Tu Liem Construction Firm

1992

Merging of 3 firms into a state-owned enterprise, named Housing Investment and Construction Company (Tu Liem)

2004

Converted from a State-owned enterprise into a joint-stock company (the State does not hold shares)

2007

Listing and trading at Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange, according to Decision No. 164/QD-SGDHCM dated December 6, 2007

2008

Implementing the Resolution of the 2007 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, the Company listed additional 820,000 shares, bringing the total to 1,640,000 shares and raising the charter capital to 164 billion VND.

2010

The company listed additional 1,640,000 shares, bringing the total to 32,800,000 shares and raising the charter capital to 328 billion VND following the resolution of the 2010 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

2011

Implementing the Resolution of the 2011 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, the company listed additional 30,800,000 shares, bringing the total to 636,000,000 shares and raising the charter capital to 636 billion VND.

2021

Currently: The company operates under the Business Registration Certificate with Business code 0101533886, amended by the Hanoi city's Department of Planning and Investment for the 14th time, on July 29th, 2020. Charter capital is 609,899,500,000 VND.

2024

The company operates under the Business Registration Certificate with registration number 0101533886, issued by the Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment, with the 17th amendment dated July 29, 2024. The charter capital, after the issuance of shares to increase capital from the owner's equity, is VND 1,219,799,000,000. The effective date for the amended listed securities is August 14, 2024.
